مآب منصة تجارية متخصصة في تقديم خدمات ومنتجات مرتبطة بأعمال البر وإكرام الميت، وتشمل خدماتها توفير الأكفان، وتجهيز طاولات غسل الموتى، وتنفيذ العمرة بالإنابة عن المتوفى.

Maab is a commercial platform specializing in services and products connected with charitable giving and honoring the deceased. Its services include providing shrouds, preparing funeral washing tables, and performing Umrah on behalf of a deceased person.

تعمل مآب على تنفيذ الطلبات وفق التفاصيل الموضحة في صفحة كل منتج أو خدمة، وبحسب الإمكانيات والإجراءات المتاحة وقت تنفيذ الطلب.

Maab fulfills orders according to the details stated on each product or service page and the capabilities and procedures available when the order is carried out.

عند إتمام الطلب عبر الموقع، يلتزم العميل بتقديم البيانات الصحيحة والكاملة المطلوبة لتنفيذ الخدمة. ويتحمل العميل مسؤولية صحة البيانات التي يقدمها، بما في ذلك اسم المتوفى وأي بيانات أخرى مطلوبة لتنفيذ العمرة بالإنابة أو الوقف. ويحق لمآب التواصل مع العميل عبر وسائل الاتصال المسجلة في الطلب عند الحاجة إلى التأكد من أي بيانات أو تفاصيل قبل التنفيذ.

When placing an order, the customer must provide complete and accurate information required to perform the service. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all information, including the deceased person’s name and any other details needed for Umrah by proxy or an endowment. Maab may contact the customer using the details in the order to verify information before fulfillment.

• يتم تنفيذ الطلب بعد تأكيد عملية الدفع واستلام الطلب من قبل مآب.
• An order is fulfilled after payment is confirmed and Maab receives the order.

قد تختلف الأسعار أو العروض مستقبلًا، ولا يؤثر أي تغيير لاحق على الطلبات التي تم تأكيدها مسبقًا، ما لم يتفق الطرفان على خلاف ذلك.

Prices and offers may change. Later changes do not affect previously confirmed orders unless both parties agree otherwise.

تعمل مآب على تجهيز وتنفيذ الوقف وفق المنتج الذي اختاره العميل، ثم إيصاله إلى الجهة أو الموقع المستفيد المحدد ضمن الخدمة. وتشمل مدة التنفيذ التجهيز والتنفيذ والتوصيل والتوثيق، وقد تختلف المدة بحسب نوع الوقف والجهة المستفيدة وموقع التنفيذ.

Maab prepares and fulfills the endowment selected by the customer and delivers it to the beneficiary organization or location specified for the service. Fulfillment time includes preparation, execution, delivery, and documentation, and may vary by endowment, beneficiary, and location.

يتولى فريق مآب تنفيذ العمرة بالإنابة عن المتوفى وفق تفاصيل الخدمة المختارة، مع الالتزام بالأنظمة والتعليمات المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية. يجب على العميل إدخال اسم المتوفى والبيانات المطلوبة بدقة عند إتمام الطلب. ويتم توثيق اسم المتوفى داخل الحرم المكي عند بدء العمرة، وفق طبيعة الخدمة وإمكانية التصوير المتاحة وقت التنفيذ. وبعد اكتمال التنفيذ، يتم إرسال التوثيق وتفاصيل الإنجاز إلى وسيلة التواصل المسجلة في الطلب، مثل رقم الواتساب.

The Maab team performs Umrah on behalf of the deceased according to the selected service and applicable rules in Saudi Arabia. The customer must enter the deceased person’s name and required information accurately. The name is documented inside the Grand Mosque when the Umrah begins, subject to the service and filming conditions at the time. After completion, documentation and fulfillment details are sent to the contact method on the order, such as WhatsApp.

تُنفذ خدمة العمرة بالإنابة يوم الجمعة عن متوفى وفق الجدول المحدد للخدمة. وقد تشهد أيام الجمعة ازدحامًا أعلى في المسجد الحرام، وقد يؤثر ذلك على توقيت التصوير أو بعض تفاصيل التوثيق دون أن يؤثر على أصل تنفيذ الخدمة، بحسب الظروف الميدانية والتعليمات المنظمة. وإذا تعذر تنفيذ الخدمة في الموعد المحدد لسبب خارج عن إرادة مآب، يتم التواصل مع العميل وتحديد الإجراء المناسب.

Friday Umrah by proxy is performed according to the service schedule. The Grand Mosque may be more crowded on Fridays, which can affect filming times or some documentation details without affecting the service itself, depending on on-site conditions and applicable instructions. If an event beyond Maab’s control prevents fulfillment at the scheduled time, Maab will contact the customer to agree on an appropriate next step.

تحرص مآب على توثيق تنفيذ الخدمات بحسب طبيعة كل منتج أو خدمة. وقد يشمل التوثيق الصور أو الفيديو أو تقرير الإنجاز وفق ما هو موضح في صفحة المنتج. ويتم إرسال التوثيق إلى بيانات التواصل التي يقدمها العميل عند إتمام الطلب. وقد تختلف طبيعة أو كمية التوثيق بحسب ظروف التنفيذ وموقعه والأنظمة والتعليمات المعمول بها.

Maab aims to document each service according to its nature. Documentation may include photos, video, or a completion report as stated on the product page. It is sent using the contact details supplied by the customer. The form and amount of documentation may vary with fulfillment conditions, location, and applicable rules.

المدة الموضحة في صفحات المنتجات والخدمات تقديرية ما لم يتم تحديد موعد نهائي صريح. وقد يحدث تأخير بسبب ظروف خارجة عن سيطرة مآب، مثل الأحوال الجوية، أو القيود والأنظمة التنظيمية، أو ظروف الجهات المستفيدة، أو ظروف السفر والتنقل، أو أي ظروف طارئة أخرى. وفي حال وجود تأخير جوهري، تعمل مآب على إبلاغ العميل بالإجراء أو الموعد المحدث.

Timeframes shown on product and service pages are estimates unless a firm date is expressly stated. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond Maab’s control, including weather, regulatory restrictions, beneficiary conditions, travel or transport, or other emergencies. Maab will inform the customer of a revised step or timeframe in the event of a material delay.

يمكن للعميل طلب تعديل بيانات الطلب قبل بدء التنفيذ. وبعد بدء تنفيذ الوقف أو العمرة، قد لا يكون من الممكن تعديل بعض البيانات أو إلغاء الخدمة بحسب طبيعة المنتج أو المرحلة التي وصل إليها التنفيذ.

Customers may request changes to order details before fulfillment begins. Once an endowment or Umrah service is underway, some details may no longer be changed and the service may no longer be cancelled, depending on the product and fulfillment stage.

لذلك يُنصح بمراجعة جميع البيانات قبل تأكيد الطلب.Please review all information before confirming your order.

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية صحة المعلومات التي يقدمها عند الطلب. وإذا تم إدخال اسم أو بيانات غير صحيحة، يجب على العميل التواصل مع مآب في أقرب وقت ممكن وقبل بدء التنفيذ. ولا تتحمل مآب مسؤولية التأخير أو تعذر تعديل البيانات الناتج عن معلومات غير صحيحة قدمها العميل.

The customer is responsible for the information supplied with an order. If a name or other detail is incorrect, the customer must contact Maab as soon as possible and before fulfillment begins. Maab is not responsible for delays or inability to change details resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.

عند طلب خدمة تتضمن توثيقًا، يوافق العميل على استلام الصور أو الفيديوهات المتعلقة بتنفيذ طلبه عبر وسيلة التواصل المسجلة. ويُستخدم التوثيق لإثبات التنفيذ وإرساله لصاحب الطلب، ولا يُنشر على منصات مآب العامة إلا وفق سياسة الخصوصية والموافقات اللازمة.

When ordering a service that includes documentation, the customer agrees to receive related photos or videos through the contact method on the order. Documentation is used to evidence fulfillment and send it to the customer. It will not be published on Maab’s public platforms except in accordance with the privacy policy and required permissions.

جميع محتويات موقع مآب، بما في ذلك النصوص والصور والشعارات والتصاميم والفيديوهات والمواد التسويقية، مملوكة لمآب أو مستخدمة بموجب حقوق أو تراخيص مناسبة. ولا يجوز نسخ أو إعادة استخدام أو نشر أي من محتويات الموقع دون الحصول على موافقة مسبقة.

All content on the Maab website, including text, images, logos, designs, videos, and marketing materials, is owned by Maab or used under appropriate rights or licences. Website content may not be copied, reused, or published without prior permission.

يلتزم المستخدم باستخدام الموقع بطريقة قانونية، وعدم محاولة تعطيل الموقع أو الوصول غير المصرح به إلى أنظمته أو استخدام الموقع بطريقة تضر بمآب أو عملائها. ويحق لمآب اتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة عند وجود استخدام مخالف للقوانين أو لهذه الشروط.

Users must use the website lawfully and must not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to its systems, or use it in a way that harms Maab or its customers. Maab may take appropriate action in response to use that violates applicable law or these terms.

تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام للقوانين والأنظمة واجبة التطبيق على العلاقة بين مآب والعميل، مع مراعاة الحقوق الإلزامية المقررة للمستهلك بموجب القانون. وفي حال وجود نزاع، تسعى مآب والعميل أولًا إلى حله وديًا من خلال التواصل المباشر وخدمة العملاء.

These terms are governed by the laws and regulations applicable to the relationship between Maab and the customer, while respecting mandatory consumer rights. If a dispute arises, Maab and the customer will first seek to resolve it amicably through direct contact with customer service.
