سياسة الاسترجاع واسترداد المبالغRefund & Return Policy

يحق للعميل طلب إلغاء الطلب واسترداد المبلغ خلال مدة أقصاها (24 ساعة) من إتمام عملية الدفع، وذلك بشرط ألا يكون قد بدأ تنفيذ الطلب أو تجهيز الوقف.

The customer has the right to request cancellation and a refund within a maximum of 24 hours from completing payment, provided that execution of the order or preparation of the endowment has not yet begun.

نظرًا لطبيعة خدمات مآب الوقفية، والتي تتضمن تجهيز الأكفان أو طاولات غسل الموتى وتسليمها إلى الجهات المستفيدة، لا يمكن استرداد قيمة الطلب بعد بدء إجراءات التنفيذ أو تجهيز الوقف أو تسليمه.

Given the nature of Ma'ab's endowment services — which include preparing shrouds or mortuary washing tables and delivering them to beneficiary bodies — the value of the order cannot be refunded once execution procedures, preparation of the endowment, or delivery have begun.

• تقديم طلب الإلغاء خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 24 ساعة من تاريخ إتمام عملية الدفع.
• ألا تكون إجراءات تجهيز الوقف أو تنفيذه قد بدأت.
• يحق لمآب خصم أي رسوم إدارية أو رسوم تحويل بنكي (إن وجدت) قبل إعادة المبلغ.
• يتم رد المبلغ إلى العميل عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال المدة النظامية المعتمدة.

• The cancellation request is submitted within no more than 24 hours from the date payment was completed.
• Preparation or execution of the endowment has not begun.
• Ma'ab may deduct any administrative fees or bank transfer fees (if any) before returning the amount.
• The amount is refunded to the customer via the original payment method within the approved statutory period.

• بعد بدء تنفيذ الطلب أو تجهيز الوقف.
• بعد تسليم الوقف إلى الجهة المستفيدة.
• إذا تم تنفيذ الطلب وفق المواصفات التي اختارها العميل.
• إذا كان سبب طلب الاسترجاع هو تغيير رغبة العميل بعد بدء التنفيذ.
• في حال تعذر تنفيذ الوقف في الجهة المحددة لأسباب خارجة عن إرادة مآب، مثل الظروف الأمنية أو الكوارث الطبيعية، مع قيام مآب بتنفيذ الوقف في جهة مستفيدة بديلة تحقق الغرض نفسه.

• After execution of the order or preparation of the endowment has begun.
• After the endowment has been delivered to the beneficiary body.
• If the order was executed according to the specifications chosen by the customer.
• If the reason for the refund request is a change in the customer's wishes after execution began.
• If the endowment could not be executed at the designated body for reasons beyond Ma'ab's control — such as security conditions or natural disasters — while Ma'ab carries out the endowment at an alternative beneficiary body serving the same purpose.

إذا ثبت وجود خطأ في تنفيذ الطلب أو عدم مطابقته للمواصفات التي اعتمدها العميل، تلتزم مآب بمعالجة الحالة بما يتناسب معها، وذلك من خلال:

• إعادة تنفيذ الوقف وفق المواصفات المتفق عليها، أو
• استرداد المبلغ كليًا أو جزئيًا، بحسب طبيعة الحالة وبعد مراجعتها.

If it is established that there was an error in executing the order or that it did not match the specifications approved by the customer, Ma'ab is committed to handling the case appropriately, through:

• Re-executing the endowment according to the agreed specifications, or
• Refunding the amount fully or partially, depending on the nature of the case and after review.
